Digital Product Sales Policy

  • Due to the irreversible nature of digital goods (including software, eBooks, graphics, audiobooks, and WordPress plugins), all sales are final once the product is delivered.
  • Refunds are not permitted after delivery, except in cases explicitly outlined in this policy.

Cancellations

Before Delivery

  • You may request to cancel an order before the product/license key is delivered. Contact us immediately at support@bydigital.in.
  • If cancellation is successful, a refund will be issued via your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After Delivery

  • Cancellations and refunds are not possible once the product/license key is delivered, as digital items cannot be “returned.”

Defective or Non-Functional Licenses

  • If you receive an incorrect, defective, or non-functional license key (or product):
  • Notify us within 30 days of purchase via email.
  • Provide proof of purchase and details about the issue.
  • We will verify the claim and issue a replacement license/key promptly.

Refund Process

  • Refunds (where applicable) are processed through the original payment method.
  • Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions

  • No refunds or returns are granted for:
    • Change of mind or accidental purchases.
    • Compatibility issues (please ensure your system meets product requirements before purchasing).
    • Expired refund/cancellation windows.
