This Refund and Returns Policy outlines guidelines for returns, refunds, and cancellations of digital products purchased on bydigital.in. Due to the irreversible nature of digital goods, please read carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Final After Delivery: Once a licence key has been emailed or a download link has been accessed, the sale is considered final and complete. Digital products cannot be “returned” like physical goods because the key has been revealed and may have been activated.

Cancellation Before Delivery: If you wish to cancel before the licence key or download link has been dispatched, contact us immediately at help@bydigital.in or Telegram t.me/sofryxhelp with your order number. If confirmed undelivered, we process a full refund within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

Defective or Non-Functional Keys: If the licence key you received does not activate the software as described on the product page, report the issue within 30 days of purchase. Email help@bydigital.in or Telegram t.me/sofryxhelp with your order number, product name, and a screenshot of the error. We will provide a replacement licence key at no extra charge, or store credit of equal value, or in exceptional cases a full refund within 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds Not Applicable When: the customer changed their mind after delivery, the wrong edition was purchased without checking the listing, the device does not meet minimum system requirements listed on the product page, the key was shared with a third party and deactivated by the publisher, or more than 30 days have passed without a defect report.

Chargebacks: Please contact help@bydigital.in before filing a bank dispute. Most issues resolve faster through direct communication. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension.
