Sofryx Terms & Conditions covering digital product purchases, licence agreements, INR & USD payments via Razorpay & PayPal, delivery, refunds & Mumbai jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions on bydigital.in. By using this website or placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

Products & Licences: All products sold are digital goods delivered electronically ā€” including software licence keys, download links, WordPress themes, plugins, courses, and eBooks. Each product is governed by the end-user licence agreement (EULA) of its respective publisher. Licence keys are for single-user, single-device activation unless stated otherwise. Redistribution or resale of licence keys is prohibited.

Pricing & Payment: Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). International customers paying via PayPal are charged equivalent amounts in their local currency at PayPalā€™s exchange rate. All prices include applicable GST where required under Indian law. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and PayPal (international cards & PayPal balance). Sofryx does not store card numbers or banking credentials.

Order Delivery: Upon successful payment, licence keys and/or download links are delivered to your registered email address. Delivery is typically instantaneous; manual verification may delay delivery by up to 24 hours in rare cases. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address.

Refund Policy: Due to the irreversible nature of digital delivery, all sales are final once the licence key or download link has been sent. For defective or non-functional keys, see our Refund and Returns Policy page.

Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at help@bydigital.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

Intellectual Property: All content on bydigital.in is protected under Indian copyright law. Software products remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers ā€” purchasing grants usage rights, not ownership of the IP.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith email resolution for 30 days before formal proceedings.
