We'd love to hear from you — feedback, bug reports, tool suggestions and corrections are how this site improves. Every message is read by a person, and calculation-error reports are treated as top priority.
We usually reply within 1–2 business days (IST).
What to include for the fastest help
- Reporting a wrong result? Tell us the tool, the exact inputs you entered and the result you expected — we'll re-run the case and fix or explain it.
- Reporting a bug or display issue? Mention your device and browser (e.g. "Chrome on Android"), and a screenshot helps enormously.
- Suggesting a tool or guide? Describe the situation you face — the best tools on this site started exactly this way.
A note about your data
Because every tool runs entirely in your browser, we never see the invoices, quotations or numbers you create — and we cannot recover them for you. Please keep your own copy (the PDF you save) of anything important. If you write to us about a document, you'll need to attach it yourself; we have no copy on any server.
What we can't help with
We build calculators and generators — we are not chartered accountants and cannot give tax advice for your specific situation, interpret notices, or confirm whether a particular business is genuinely GST-registered (for live registration status, use the official portal at gst.gov.in). For anything with money riding on it, please consult a CA.
