Privacy policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026. What bydigital collects, why, and the choices you have.

In short: amounts, invoices, quotations, bills and GSTINs you enter are processed in your browser and never sent to bydigital. The site uses advertising cookies, and you can control them.

Who we are

bydigital.in is operated by Universal Hospitality, Navi Mumbai, India, and edited by Mantu Kumar. Privacy questions: [email protected].

Information you enter into the tools

Calculations, invoices, quotations and GSTIN checks run in JavaScript on your device. They are not transmitted to our servers, stored in a database or shared with advertisers. The Billbook tool and saved business details are kept in your browser’s local storage on your own device; clearing your browser data deletes them, and we cannot see or restore them. Logos you add are read locally and never uploaded.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider (Hostinger) and its network may process technical data needed to deliver pages and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, in server logs kept for security and reliability.

Cookies and third-party services

Analytics

bydigital does not currently use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics service. If that changes, this policy will be updated before it is switched on and the service will be named here.

Google AdSense advertising

bydigital shows ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to bydigital.in and/or other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ cookies at www.aboutads.info. Consent for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

Fonts and donations

Text uses fonts served by Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google’s servers. Donations are handled by Razorpay on its own site under its own privacy policy; we never receive card or bank details.

Email

If you email us, your address and message are used only to reply. Please do not send passwords, PAN cards or bank statements.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, use the opt-out links above, or use privacy tools. The calculators keep working without cookies.

Children

The site is meant for business and educational use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We update this policy when the services we use change; the date at the top shows the latest version.
